Be sure to load heavier items (such as drinks) first at the bottom.
Use cart-labels & dividers to organize & identify different orders.
Load light and fragile items such as eggs, bread, & mushrooms last. Place light boxes (like herbs) on top.
All employees are required to take rest breaks throughout the day depending on hours worked. Since breaks are not usually monitored, all employees, are entrusted to be responsible for taking a break. Any abuse of this policy may result in appropriate disciplinary action including permanently scheduled breaks, write-ups, and including termination for multiple infractions.

Pre & Post-trip Inspections
Perform a required 5-10 minute inspection prior to dispatch:
Fluids (oil, DEF)
Conduct a pre-trip before being dispatched. Perform a post-trip upon your return. Both results are noted on your driver log.
I agree to faithfully log pre & post-trip inspections.
Customer SERVICE INCENTIVE (CSI)
All team members are eligible for an SSI if they successfully drive safely
and maintain our service standards.
Drivers will earn the SSI equal to the rate identified in their offer letter for each hour worked for which the Driver is free of any disqualifying event on a weekly basis as listed below. If a disqualifying event occurs, the Driver will be ineligible for the entire SSI for the listed duration.
Outlined in your offer letter, SSI is 10% of your Hourly rate.
$10 + $1 Bonus = $11/hr
Maintain standards for driver costs and app usage.
Product damage with a net loss greater than 1% of revenue, an unreported incident or operational negligence.

IF I AM EVER INJURED.
Pull off the road or, if necessary, position your vehicle to protect the scene and help prevent further accidents.
Care for the injured.
Take good photos of vehicles, drivers, road conditions, etc.
Gather driver(s) and witness(es) statements, and insurance information, and exchange all information with the other driver(s)/involved party.
Report the incident to your supervisor by phone.
Complete Incident/Accident Report Form before completing your shift.
